Charming and classic, late 19th/early 20th century French oval mirror with narrow, outcurving, burnished, watergilt frame with a delicate row of beading around the sight edge (edge closest to the glass). Where the mirror has been dusted for over 100 years, the gold leaf has thinned very slightly showing gold lines where each piece of leaf slightly overlapped. The mirror plate is from the same period, is in very good condition and gives an excellent reflection.
