Spectacular, large 18th century French Trumeau mirror from the Louis XV period (1723-74) with beautiful giltwood carving over the painted frame, which has been painted so many times in the course of this mirror's history that the final result is a mixture of green/blue colours. The mirror plate is 19th century and has a little age but gives an excellent reflection.
