Exceptionally tall and narrow antique French mirror, circa 1890, with a carved and gilded wooden frame with a decorative acanthus leaf, floral and foliate top, scrolling acanthus leaves along the base and on each of the lower corners. The original glass has a little age but gives an excellent reflection. This mirror was probably used as an "entre deux" mirror, hanging between two tall windows or doors.
