19th century French rectangular mirror with narrow, rippled, silverleafed frame. After more than a century of dusting, the silver leaf has thinned, revealing the terracotta bole and cream gesso beneath. The original glass has a little age, mainly towards the lower right side, but still gives a good reflection. This mirror would work well as a full-length mirror where space is restricted but could also hang landscape above a long piece of furniture.
