Late 19th century French archtop mirror with etched silverleafed frame decorated with a leaf and flower design. Where the mirror has been cleaned for over 100 years, the silverleaf has thinned in places revealing the red bole and cream gesso beneath. The original glass has a lovely, delicate patina but still gives a good reflection and this little mirror would work well in a small bathroom.
