This unusual 19th century French cushioned mirror is constructed so that the frame looks like the stems and branches of vines complete with decoration of tendrils, leaves and grapes. The frame crosses over at each corner, the original glass has light age in the form of pale freckles and the central mirror plate is bevelled.
