Pair of 18th century French carved wood wall shelves or brackets with half circular tops tapering to fanned leaves above small twisted base. The old paint has been dry scraped resulting in a mixture of cream, grey, stone and gold colours. These wall shelves are well-made and their weight suggests that they have been carved from oak.
