Antique French silver framed bistro mirror

Dimensions:

Late 19th century, rectangular, French bistro mirror with outcurving, silverleafed frame. The silver leaf was applied over a dark grey bole and, where the silver leaf has thinned a little, the bole gives a gentle mottling through the silver. The original glass has some horizontal shading and a few bubbles but nevertheless gives a good reflection and this handsome mirror can be hung portrait or landscape.
