Large antique decorative mirror with triple curved top

Late 19th century French mirror with triple curved top and narrow gilt frame decorated with delicate rococo style acanthus leaf and flower cartouche which has a slightly windswept look or "movemente" as the Italians would say. Acanthus leaves also decorate the lower corners as well as midway down the long sides of the frame. The original bevelled glass follows the curves of the frame, is in very good condition and makes this mirror particularly eye-catching and useful as a very attractives, full-length looking glass.
