Octagonal Vintage Venetian mirror with cobalt blue frame

Mid 20th century Venetian mirror with stunning cobalt blue frame. The colour of the blue changes with the light but it is the same throughout and has a reversed etched decoration of flowers and leaves. The blue section of the frame is nestled between plain, bevelled borders and each section is secured with glass leaves and flowers. The central, bevelled glass is in very good condition and gives an excellent reflection. There is a little age in the frame borders but the spotting appearing in the photographs in the blue section is caused by the flash photography picking up air bubbles in the glass.
