Terms and Conditions relating to Internet Sales within the UK and EU

Items bought unseen via our website may be returned within seven days of delivery, provided we have received notification within 24 hours of delivery.

Providing notification has been received within 24 hours of delivery, items purchased via our website must then be returned within an agreed period providing they are still in good, undamaged, condition. Items must be returned via our specialist antique carrier at a maximum return cost of £150 (inclusive of VAT) regardless of the method of transport used to deliver them. Please note return carriage costs may be considerably less depending on UK area, return carriage costs from EU countries will be advised.

Upon receipt of items returned within the agreed period, a full refund will be made within thirty days of receipt of the goods at our showroom, excluding delivery and return carriage costs, provided the goods were collected from the purchaser by our carrier in good, undamaged, condition.

Goods may not be returned where an item has been specially customised for a client at their specific request.

Where an item is bought via our website but has been stored by us at the customer's request or held awaiting shipment for the customer for a period longer than one calendar month from the invoice date, a full refund within seven days of delivery (subject to notification) will be given less a handling fee of thirty per cent of the item’s value in addition to carriage costs.  Please note carriage costs outside the EU will be considerably higher.

Items bought unseen and stored free at the the client's request for an unspecified period longer than two calendar months prior to delivery may be refunded after delivery if seven days notice is given.  However a storage charge of £20 plus VAT per item per week for every week of storage of said items will be invoiced together with a handling fee of thirty per cent of the item's value and delivery/collection costs as above will be deducted.  All these charges can be avoided if the item(s) stored by us are inspected and approved by the customer within two months of the date of purchase.

Payment charges may be levied for credit card payments at two per cent additional cost for Visa and Mastercard or five per cent additional cost for American Express. All other payments by debit card, bank transfer or cheque will be free of processing charge.

Goods will not be dispatched until payments have been cleared by our bank and remain the property of On-Reflection mirrors until paid for in full.

We cannot offer to accept the return of goods purchased from our website from countries outside the EU unless the fault clearly lies with On-Reflection Mirrors.
